Mumbai, 19 th June 2026 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, today announced the acquisition of a 15-acre land parcel in Kandivali East, Mumbai. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹5,600 crore with a development potential of around 1.8 million square feet.

Chennai, June 18, 2026: Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Limited (MIPCL), a joint venture between Mahindra World City Developers Limited and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan, announced that YKK India Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of YKK Corporation, will establish a new manufacturing facility at Origins by Mahindra, Chennai. According to YKK India, this will be the third manufacturing plant in the country and will be spread across approximately 149,936 square metres with a total investment amount of USD 150 million within the integrated industrial cluster. The facility is expected to be completed by February 2028.

With YKK India joining a growing roster of global manufacturers including Mitsubishi Electric, Yanmar and Omron, Origins by Mahindra, Chennai continues to strengthen its position as a preferred destination for international manufacturing investments in India.

Mumbai, 19 th March 2026 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the launch of residential – phase 1& 2 of Mahindra Rainforest, a premium mixed-use development located on LBS Marg, Kanjur, Mumbai. Spanning ~25.47 acres, the project is among the largest developments in Mumbai’s central suburbs and is envisioned as an integrated lifestyle destination.

The residential launch phases have an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹3,000 crore. Mumbai, April 28, 2026 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development business of the Mahindra Group, announced its financial results for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 today. In accordance with INDAS 115, Company recognizes its revenues on completion of contract method.

Key highlights

FY26:

• Consolidated Sales (Resi and IC&IC) of Rs 4,118 crore

— Gross development value additions in FY26 were Rs 18,060 crore (including Thane unlocking of Rs 7,500 crore) in addition to Rs 18,100 crore in FY25.

— FY26 residential pre-sales of Rs 3,405 crore (saleable area of 3.53 msft, RERA carpet area of 2.58 msft) as compared to Rs 2,804 crore in FY25.

— Consolidated IC&IC revenues of Rs 713 crore in FY26 as against Rs 495 crore in FY25 (Total leased area of 138.4 acres in FY26).

— The consolidated PAT, after non-controlling interest, as per INDAS is Rs 298 crore in FY26 as against Rs 61 crore in FY26.

— The consolidated Operating cash flow of Rs 840 crore in FY26 as against Rs 832 crore in FY25.

• Strong balance sheet and collections.

— Net debt to equity ratio at -0.27 (cash surplus) as of 31st March 2026.

— Residential collections of Rs 2,107 crore for FY26 as compared to Rs 1,831 crore for FY25.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity share for FY26 representing 25% growth as against FY25.

Q4 FY26:

• Consolidated Sales (Resi and IC&IC) of Rs 1,993 crore

— Q4 FY26 residential pre-sales of Rs 1,633 crore (saleable area of 1.18 msft, RERA carpet area of 0.82 msft) as compared to Rs 1,055 crore in Q4 FY26.

— Consolidated revenues of Rs 360 crore in Q4 FY26 from IC&IC business as against Rs 211 crore in Q4 FY26 (Total leased area of 86 acres).

— The consolidated PAT, after non-controlling interest, as per INDAS is Rs 90 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 85 crore in Q4 FY25.

— The consolidated Operating cash flow of Rs 282 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 232 crore in Q4 FY25.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., said, “We had a great FY26, with 25% sales growth across our Resi and IC&IC businesses, GDV additions of 18K Cr, significant growth in PAT and healthy operating cash flows. Resi business continued to demonstrate strong momentum with successful launches like Blossom, Marina64, NewHaven and receipt of all planned OCs. On the IC&IC side, we had strong leasing activity and higher realization in Jaipur and Chennai. We also concluded our strategic partnership with Mitsui Fudosan in March 26.”

Jaipur, 30th March 2026: Mahindra World City Jaipur Ltd. (‘MWC Jaipur’), a joint venture between Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (MLDL) and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO), successfully hosted Mahindra World City Jaipur Half Marathon on Sunday, 29th March 2026. As a continuation of the recently held Mahindra World City Chennai Marathon, the event brought together Jaipur’s growing community of fitness enthusiasts, amateur runners, and seasoned athletes. The marathon saw participation from over 3000 runners across age groups and abilities.

The marathon was flagged off by the honourable Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, who encouraged the runners and stressed on the importance of a healthy lifestyle for the youth. The flagging off was followed by the planting of a sapling at MWC Jaipur, where the honourable Chief Minister reaffirmed MWC Jaipur’s commitment to building and maintaining a sustainable ecosystem for businesses.

Designed as a community-led initiative, the marathon featured multiple categories, including the Half Marathon, 10 km run, 5 km run, 3 km run, and a 1 km shorter run. With a strong focus on safety and seamless execution, the event was supported by comprehensive on-ground arrangements, including hydration points, medical support teams, and advanced route management systems. Volunteers and city authorities worked in close coordination to ensure efficient traffic management and a secure, smooth experience for all participants.

Speaking at the event, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan said, “I want to congratulate the organisers for conducting the event at a place where business flourishes. It is the first such event at this business hub, and hopefully, it will be an annual event.”

As part of the initiative, Mahindra World City, Chennai handed over an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance to Chengalpattu Medical College & Hospital, and medical equipment for Primary Health Centres across Chengalpattu District. Mumbai, Feb 02, 2026 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development business of the Mahindra Group, announced its financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 today. In accordance with INDAS 115, Company recognizes its revenues on completion of contract method. Key highlights Q3 FY26: • Consolidated Sales (Resi and IC&IC) of Rs 707 crore — Q3 FY26 residential pre-sales of Rs 572 crore (saleable area of 0.60 msft, RERA carpet area of 0.45 msft) as compared to Rs 334 crore in Q3 FY25. — Gross development value additions in Q3 FY26 were Rs 1,010 crore. — Consolidated revenues of Rs 134 crore in Q3 FY26 from IC&IC business as against Rs 70 crore in Q3 FY25 (Total leased area of 17.9 acres). — The consolidated PAT, after non-controlling interest, as per INDAS is Rs 109 crore in Q3 FY26 as against loss of Rs 23 crore in Q3 FY25. • Strong balance sheet and collections. — Net debt to equity ratio at -0.12 (cash surplus) as of 31st December 2025. — Residential collections of Rs 1,472 crore for 9M FY26 as compared to Rs 1,365 crore for 9M FY25. 9M FY26: • Consolidated Sales (Resi and IC&IC) of Rs 2,125 crore — Gross development value additions in 9M FY26 were Rs 10,560 crore in addition to Rs 18100 crore in FY25. — 9M FY26 residential pre-sales of Rs 1,773 crore (saleable area of 2.35 msft, RERA carpet area of 1.76 msft) as compared to Rs 1,749 crore in 9M FY25. — Consolidated revenues of Rs 352 crore in 9M FY26 from IC&IC business as against Rs 284 crore in 9M FY25 (Total leased area of 53.5 acres in 9M FY26). — The consolidated PAT, after non-controlling interest, as per INDAS is Rs 208 crore in 9M FY26 as against loss of Rs 24 crore in 9M FY25, reflecting strong Resi and IC&IC profitability. Commenting on the performance, Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., said, “We are thrilled to announce a strong quarterly result. On the Residential side, we had 3 project completions that contributed to our PAT. We have a strong pipeline of residential launches leading into FY27.
